Diego Rivera, P.Eng.

Research Interests and Experience:

I have been studying the use of checklists in healthcare settings as part of my Masters research. I am interesting in applying Industrial Engineering techniques to different work domains.

I have over 10 years of experience in the design, development and evaluation of interactive systems.  I am a systems designer, known for developing innovative UI design concepts and focusing on key design issues to achieve “Wow” User Experiences. I have worked in diverse industries including: Software Development, Pharmaceutical, Oil, and Nuclear Power.
